11 affiliated restaurants of "Akasaka gold tongue" of Akasaka (3, Akasaka, Minato-ku, TEL 03-6229-4129) sell Ehomaki using the black Japanese beef on February 3.

This restaurant is known for its maturing tongue dish. Last year, Ehomaki "Kyoto beef sirloin of the illusion" sold for the first time and sold over 200.
